The trip was meant to bring young people from the black community in one safe and free space away from the used norm.
Aims of the trip included:

- Exploring and appreciating green and blue spaces within Lincolnshire.

These aims meet our Forum’s objective of creating a safe space that allows young people to be free and form healthy friendships and relationships.

- Games which allowed for young people to get physically active, learn new games all while enjoying themselves.
- An eye opening discussion on racism in schools and the reactions they give when it happens.
- A delicious lunch prepared by one of our volunteers.
Many young people spoke highly of the trip and how they enjoyed it.
We would like to extend our appreciation to:
- The Health Gospel Board for allowing us to be our complete selves as young people.
- The parents within THG who continually entrust us with their young children.

- Sports England for being our Sponsors.
