The Health Gospel provides cultural integration and cohesion training for organisations and employers of Black and Ethnic Minority groups. The training are structured to reduce the friction involved with staff onboarding, who due to being from a completely cultural background might struggle to integrate and function to their full potential. The workshops are also aimed at team leaders and people managers to provide the competencies required to manage a culturally diverse team, hence ensuring team harmonisation. We have worked with cohorts of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals at various stages of their integration journeys to achieve better experiences.

For example, our work with the North Lincolnshire and Goole NHS (NLAG NHS) team responsible for supporting internally recruited staff resulted with the Trust winning a prestigious HSJ award in 2025.
