Integration workshops run for internationally recruited starters at the North Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust. Workshops were held across the different sites from Grimsby to Scunthorpe. The objectives were to support seamless integration; better understanding of socio-cultural differences that might hamper team bonding; communication tips and tools for better collegiate and patient experience.
