Changing Mindsets for Better Wellbeing

Women Support Group '24

The Women Support group is a group for BME women not exclusive, we welcome all women living across North East Lincolnshire.

It is a safe space for women to come together to connect and build supportive relationships with each other. This we achieve by discussing common experiences and learning from each other.
We encourage, enable, facilitate involvement in community life as community is at the heart of what we do
This group was formed to help improve physical and mental well-being, build confidence and equip women.

This will significantly reduce isolation, increase early intervention for those that need further support. We aim also to foster positive change for BME women and provide space were these women came be themselves.
