I would like to extend my gratitude to THG mental health team for their support following an incident in which my child experienced bullying and racist name calling in school. He became very emotional most of the time, making it harder to communicate with him. He did not believe there is help he can get, was very scared of further bullying if he did so. After contacting THG mental health team, he received counselling and proper guidance in a culturally sensitive manner. His hope and confidence were restored again. The turnaround of things is amazing, my child likes going to school again, is no longer in constant anger, confusion and anxiety. Our relationship has been restored, I am so happy I got my child back, who now openly shares what he thinks at home. I get to hear a lot of stories about him and his friends. Above all, I am now aware about my child successes in school.

You have immensely supported me when a safeguarding concern was raised about me at work and your advice and guidance was very helpful. Concerning discrimination at work place you have taught us how to identify subtle racism and handling work place issues appropriately. Thank you for all you do for the Africa community at large.

I don't live in Grimsby or it's environs but I have learnt alot from informations given on the group to help me navigate my way in the UK. Work ethics and learning from others experience has really impacted me and helped me in managing home and my kids. The way the community help rally round their own to settle down is commendable. Kudos to be everyone sacrificing their time, energy, money and knowledge in making impact in the society. Welldone THG

My child is also getting support through young people's community and she is benefiting from friendship, social activities and advice from the group. She is also getting exposure to her age of her colour.

I have attended a lot of educational events organised by THG, when I say events I mean those that ordinarily one has to pay a huge amount of money to attend but this organisation plans these events without requesting for pay and the events are really top-notch. Professionals are invited to teach us things that are beneficial in our every day living. I'm very happy to be a part of this forum. Another great thing is the way conscious effort is been put in the unit the Afro-carribean community. It gives one a sense of belonging. I dont feel lonely because I have people from the forum I can easily talk to and they will listen. Thabk you once again to THG. Thank you to the admins who work tirelessly to see that things work out planned in the forum

There was a time that I needed advice regarding workplace issue and the health gospel.provided a timely advice to me at this time. Furthermore, all the events that has been organised by the healthgpspel have been top notch. The organisation and planning of the events are very good. Also, I learn a lot about issues that affect BAME members and how to navigate them from.these evernts. I also learn about health issues , the health gospel is also a platform that connects not just africans but other races . The Health gospel has also been supportive to people from the BAME community by connecting them to job opportunities. I am glad to be a part of a community that seeks to impact the lives of immigrants positively.

My success story in the Uk is incomplete without THG. THG platform is dedicated and known for providing selfless support to Africans in Grimsby which I am a bona-fide benefactor of goodies from THG... I was able to land a sponsorship job f.o.c (free of charge) through them. I'm happy and blessed to be associated with them.

Hi, I just visited thehealthgospel.co.uk and wondered if you'd ever thought about having an engaging video to explain what you do, or to be used on social media as a promotional tool? Our videos cost just $195 for a 30 second video ($239 for 60 seconds) and include a full script, voice-over and video. I can show you some previous videos we've done if you want me to send some over. Let me know if you're interested in seeing samples of our previous work. Regards, Joanna

I sincerely want to thank Health Gospel for their kind humanitarian services to us all in North East Lincolnshire. My conversation with lots of people about your services shows how your kind work resonates among the people here. Personally, I have benefited alot from your programs, especially when it comes to childcare advices, work link advices, and how to settle and be responsible resident. Your activities and organization is an oasis in the desert. May you continue with these great works to humanity. Long live to Health Gospel. I really appreciate you all.

My Experience with This Amazing Community The Health Gospel Joining this community has honestly been one of the best things that’s happened to me since moving to the UK. As a young Black woman and a new immigrant, I didn’t always know where to turn or who to trust. But from the very first time my mom and I walked through their doors, I felt seen, supported, and understood in ways I never expected. They didn’t just offer services—they offered real care. They have helped me build important skills through training sessions designed for people like me—people trying to find their place in a new country and make something of themselves. Because of their help, I now have a job in a hospital. That alone has changed my life. But what’s even more powerful is how they support entire families. I’ve seen them step in for people who are struggling to hold things together—reminding them that they’re not alone and that there’s always a way forward, together. This isn’t just an organization—it’s a lifeline, a family, and a reminder that community really does have power. I’m endlessly grateful, and I hope more young people like me get to experience the love, strength, and opportunities they offer. Thank you for everything.

THG has built a strong community that helped me and my family in all ramifications. 1. My husband was able to secure a job through the help of the health gospel. 2. Participating in THG events like African day exposed my son’s hidden potential . 3. Information shared in the group has kept me abreast of all that is happening around me. For example, I would not have known anything about county lines if not THG 4. Serving in THG women group is really building me up in several aspects that I cannot describe. 5. Coming in contact with Dr. Idee has changed my perspective of life, in terms of social interaction, manners, respect, selflessness etc. Now I am on the lookout for how to help and what I can give back to the community. Thank you THG team for all you do
